Elements of Notification

When notifying us of the alleged copyright infringement, please ensure your notification includes the following information:

2. Description of the Infringing Material:

3. Your Contact Information:

   • Provide your address, telephone number, and/or email address so that we can contact you regarding the notice.

4. Good Faith Statement:

   • Include a statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

5. Accuracy Statement:

   • Include a statement, signed under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

6. Signature:

   • Provide a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on its behalf.

Failure to include all of the above-listed information may result in a delay in processing your complaint. Goal Get It! reserves the right to terminate the online privileges of users who infringe the copyrights of others.
